Our preparation tip: For the ultimate "fall-off-the-bone" experience, we recommend the "low and slow" method. First, cook the ribs at a low temperature (approx. 140–150°C) in the oven or on a closed grill, and only give them the necessary browning and crispiness at the very end using high heat.
