Our cooking tip: Lamb chops are best cooked quickly. For perfect results, sear them over high heat for only about 2 to 3 minutes per side. They taste best when they are still slightly pink (medium) in the center. After cooking, be sure to let them rest for 2 minutes so the juices can redistribute.
